Who We Are
PaliPM is a purpose-built real estate project and construction management firm founded with a singular mission — to help families and businesses in Pacific Palisades rebuild after the devastating fire.
As a dedicated Owner’s Representative, our role is to guide you through every stage of the rebuilding process — from design, entitlements and budgeting to construction oversight and final move-in. We act as your advocate, managing architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, including interacting with city officials, so you can focus on rebuilding your life, not managing a complex construction project.
We understand that for most homeowners, this may be the first time navigating the intricate world of design, planning, and construction. These processes are challenging even for seasoned real estate professionals, involving numerous technical, legal, and financial decisions that can easily become overwhelming. At PaliPM, our purpose is to simplify this journey — offering clarity, integrity, and expert coordination every step of the way.
OUR STORY
What Inspires Us
John, our co-founder, and his wife Janet have lived and raised five children in Pacific Palisades since 1995. John was also recognized for his outstanding work on the Potrero Canyon Park Citizen Advisory Board. The damage to their own home, the loss of their son’s new home, and their deep ties to the Pacific Palisades community through years of service on citizen boards, parks, councils and sports organizations – all make this endeavor very personal.
Many affected families are facing a rebuilding process with unfamiliar terms, regulatory hurdles, and countless moving parts. That’s where PaliPM can make a difference. Our experienced real estate team operates as your trusted advisor, partner, and advocate by bridging the gap between you and the many other professionals involved in the reconstruction life cycle.

John and Adnan have over 70 years of collective real estate industry expertise, and their background in evaluating and managing multimillion-dollar real estate investments and projects means your home will be rebuilt to the highest standards. Our services are crafted based on a framework built around strategic planning, detailed budgeting and hands-on execution oversight.

John is an experienced real estate executive and a Co-Founder of PaliPM, where he brings more than four decades of corporate real estate, project and construction management, leasing, and portfolio management expertise.
In addition to his work at PaliPM, John is the founder of JFA Real Estate, Inc, where he has overseen a range of development and management assignments across media, entertainment and healthcare assets.
Earlier in his career, he held senior positions with News America Incorporated (a division of The News Corporation, now 21st Century Fox), where he was responsible for managing over 7.3 million square feet of global real estate. His achievements include leading the development of some of the first digital broadcast facilities in the U.S., including FOX Channel 11 in Los Angeles and SKY Latin Americas in Miami.
John’s vision of PaliPM has been defined by empathy, personal loss, and a deep sense of service — which he now channels through PaliPM to help his neighbors and community rebuild stronger, safer, and better than before.

Adnan is a seasoned real estate professional and Co-Founder of PaliPM, where he brings over three decades of experience in real estate investments, private equity, consulting, and development.
With a career spanning 17+ million square feet and $4.9 billion in transactions, Adnan’s background across all major product types and investment strategies offers financial and technical acumen needed when navigating complex processes.
Beyond his work at PaliPM, Adnan serves as CEO at Ploutus Advisors Inc., a private real estate investment and development firm, and is a Co-Founder of Ploutus Advisors Tax Corp, a full-service U.S. tax and business advisory firm with a legacy that traces back to the 1970s. His prior experience includes senior roles at UrbanAmerica, a private equity firm where he co-managed western U.S. operations, and at Cushman & Wakefield, advising major corporate and institutional clients.
Adnan’s vision for PaliPM is rooted in compassion, and integrity — qualities he is using to offer professional-level services to homeowners facing the daunting challenge of rebuilding and recovery.
